These terms apply to the Sales Prompt Daily page and email, run by Be Useful (“we”, “us”). By signing up or using the page, you agree to them.
Sales Prompt Daily is a free daily email with one prompt you can use with an AI tool, an example, the expected outcome and the reason it works. We may change the format, the timing or the content, or stop the service, at any time.
The service is free. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Prompts are starting points. The answers you get depend on the AI tool you use, the details you enter and the version of the tool at the time. AI tools can be wrong or make things up, so review every answer before you use it, and check facts, figures and claims before you send them to anyone.
Do not paste customer data, pricing agreements, trade secrets or other confidential information into an AI tool unless your employer and the tool’s terms allow it. You are responsible for how you use the prompts and the tools you choose.
The content is general sales guidance. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and it does not guarantee any sales result.
You may use the prompts in your own work and adapt them for your own selling. Please do not copy the emails or the page in bulk, republish them, or sell them as your own. If you want to share a prompt with a colleague, please send them to the sign-up page.
The page and emails run on third-party services, and the prompts are meant to be used with AI tools made by other companies. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them.
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that results from using the page, the emails or the prompts, including decisions you make based on AI output.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Staying subscribed or using the page after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
